Private 1:1 Appointments (In person or via Zoom)

A one-on-one session gives you dedicated time with an experienced instructor to focus on what matters most to you—your body, your goals, and your pace. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, these sessions are tailored entirely to you.

Private sessions are a great fit if:

In every session, you’ll get thoughtful guidance, hands-on support, and space to move in a way that feels good and sustainable.

Duo Sessions

Want to work out with a friend, partner, or family member? Duet sessions give you the feel of a private session, but with someone you know by your side. You’ll both get personalized instruction, move at your own pace, and keep things interesting by using different equipment each time.

It’s a fun, flexible way to stay consistent and motivated.

Small Group Equipment Classes (Max 4 People)

Come ready for a great workout and group fun! At Wabi-Sabi, we keep our equipment classes small—no more than 4 people—so you get more personal attention while still enjoying the energy of a group. Each class is different, as we mix up exercises on the Pilates reformers, towers, chairs, arcs, and props. You’ll get modifications along the way to meet you where you are and help you grow at your own pace.

Prior Pilates experience required.

If you’re new to Pilates, be sure to sign up for our Intro to Group Equipment class first!

INtro to Group Equipment (Max 4 People)

If you’re new to Pilates or trying the equipment for the first time, this class is for you. At Wabi-Sabi, we keep things small—max 4 people—so you get plenty of individual attention as you build confidence on the Pilates reformers, towers, chairs, and more.

We move at a slower pace, allowing you to ask questions and get comfortable with the equipment, while still getting a great workout. Here, you can begin as you are, focusing on building skill and confidence at your own pace.

All levels welcome—just bring your curiosity and begin as you are.

Group Mat Classes 

Our Group Mat Classes are designed to help you connect with your body and build strength, flexibility, and stability—whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practicing for a while. The mat provides a solid foundation for full-body movement, with modifications to meet you where you are.

We use props like foam rollers, balls, bands and rings to support you throughout different exercises.  While the mat workout can be challenging, modifications ensure you can stay focused on your own progress.  At Wabi-Sabi, we always want you to move at your own pace, embrace the challenge, and leave each class feeling stronger than when you started.

All levels welcome.
