As someone relatively new to Pilates, working with Kelly both in person and on Zoom has been a revelation for my overall fitness. She was very patient and supportive in teaching me the fundamentals of Pilates, her style of teaching and approach allowed me to feel confident while learning the proper techniques. Week by week I was able to add on to what I had worked on previously and continue to learn and advance as I progressed through the program. As someone with back issues, she was very attentive and made sure I never experienced any discomfort and was quick to modify any exercise to support my specific needs. I have been fortunate to work with Kelly in person and on Zoom over the last few years. I have done a lot of Pilates and tried many fitness classes. Kelly is by far the best instructor I have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, very in tune with what your body needs. When things are really challenging on the reformer or the mat her encouragement and support make you stronger both mentally and physically. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly’s approach to wellbeing. Do yourself a favor and check out a class or a private session at Wabi-Sabi. It will make your day a little brighter.

As a lifelong athlete, including as a competitive ultrarunner, I met Kelly right as broke my foot in a mountain bike accident. Kelly was able to modify workouts while keeping me challenged and engaged. When my foot healed I was the strongest I have been in at least a decade due to her whole body, whole human approach. I now think of working with her as “pre-hab” to avoid injury by correcting strength imbalances and increasing stability.
