Little by little,

PERUVIAN PROVERB

We all want to feel well, be fit and have lots of energy to enjoy time with friends and family. Maybe you’re dealing with a tough diagnosis and need to make changes to support a treatment plan. Maybe the demands of a busy life have taken their toll on your physical or mental health. Making changes to improve your health and overall well-being can be daunting, and isolating. You are not alone. You don’t need to do everything all at once. Through coaching, you can connect the dots between where you are, and where you want to be. Over time, small steps forward add up to big change.

How Can Health Coaching Help Me?

You’ve arrived at today via your own path, through choices and experiences.   When you’re not feeling well, or looking at some big changes to benefit your overall health, next steps can be overwhelming.  “What should I do?”  “Where should I start?”  There are a lot of opinions and options out there.  But, the most important point of view is your own.  As your coach, I’ll support you in letting go of what you “should” do, and help explore what works for your strengths, personality and lifestyle.  Specific coaching topics can include:

  • Prioritizing self-care in your day to day

  • Letting go of habits that aren’t in your best interests

  • Devising strategies to improve balance among life + family + work

  • Experimenting with stress management techniques

  • Incorporating physical activity into your schedule to help support overall fitness and wellbeing

  • Planning for enough sleep and relaxation to wake up ready for the day

  • Committing to a meal plan and using food to fuel your body to its full potential

  • Navigating the conventional health care system when dealing with a diagnosis or treatment plan

"I absolutely enjoyed and benefited from working with Kelly as a coach over a period of several months. She was kind, genuine, really easy to connect with, and gave me lots of useful and meaningful reflections. I felt like I was spending time with a friend, in a comfortable and honest way, while also being encouraged to look deeply within myself to find solutions to some of the challenges I was facing. I felt Kelly's coaching style was incredibly warm and heart-felt, while also having clarity and professionalism I found very supportive. I had been skeptical of what coaching could do for me, and had some (misguided) judgements. After working with Kelly, I think most people could benefit from working with a coach for any period of time! For me, the space to share honestly with someone who was really listening for my benefit gave me the opportunity to navigate some difficult truths, and find solutions to those predicaments. I recommend Kelly 10 out of 10 as a coach! Her knowledge and caring nature are a winning combination for certain positive change. Thank you Kelly!"
